  • Europe / UK: 10–18 business days

  • Other regions: 10–25 business days

Shipping is free for orders over $50 USD.
For smaller orders, the rate depends on weight and destination.

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us at support@acryglam.com within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to assist.

💔 8. What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re sorry if that happens!
Please send us a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

🔁 9. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene and custom production reasons, we usually don’t accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If there’s any issue, please contact us — we always want to make it right.
